“Fixed Base Operator,” (referred to as FBO) is a commercial business permitted/licensed to operate on airport grounds to provide services to users of the airport. In short, FBOs are private jet terminals located on the grounds of an airport.

Phoenix Air operates the only Fixed Base Operation (FBO) at the Cartersville-Bartow County Airport (KVPC).
